Bandom art is a good place, and I usually get my stuff linked at bandom newsletter dotcoms_refresh. You can either leave them a comment on their latest post or tag your art at delicious with a "for:dotcoms_refresh"> tag and they'll pick it up. If it's slashy, I think bandslashmania accepts art as well. Or try one of the new DW communities! They're still pretty dead and could use some traffic to kickstart things over there :)
